From First Commit to Production
One person who can own the whole stack, and lead the team around it.
I've been building production software for over ten years, and since 2020 I've been CTO at Easy Team, running engineering for several products in parallel on one standardized stack.
My work sits behind products in restaurant tech, customer support, e-commerce, marketplaces, point of sale and fintech. I build Arabic, Kurdish and English products with proper right-to-left layouts, and I'm based in Duhok, Iraq, working remotely with teams in the Gulf, Europe and the US.

Omni-channel customer support platform that brings web chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and Instagram into one real-time inbox, with a RAG AI agent that answers from each customer's own knowledge and hands anything uncertain to a human. Native iOS and Android agent apps.
MyTwin
CTO · architecture & delivery
AI digital-twin social app: a native SwiftUI iOS app in Arabic and English on a NestJS API with background workers, vector search and a Gemini-based model that learns how each person communicates.
Hasso (Bayar Sendi)
Architect & developer
Real-estate management and CRM for Kurdistan, fully in Kurdish (RTL): property matchmaking, a USD/IQD finance engine and branded printable contracts, with tenant data isolated at the database level.

Digitized foster-carer recruitment: online applications with documents, assessment forms, role-based access, automated emails and an analytics dashboard.
Platform rescue after an attack
Incident response
Brought a large user platform back after an SQL-injection attack: rebuilt the user records from a pre-attack snapshot, reconciled every balance from the ledger, then hardened it with WAF rules, a private database, binary logging and 2FA.
